A Simple Green Smoothie is just what’s needed after a season of indulgence, don’t you think?
I don’t know about you, but I find it hard to stay on track over the holidays.
I have the indulgences, just like everyone else, but for me, it’s more about getting off track with all the food prep, healthy meal planning, food prep and planning that goes by the wayside.
And since I’m coming down off that season of wild spontaneity (who needs to cut up veggies ahead of time – not me!), I’m lovin’ this Simple Green Smoothie recipe to help get the goodness back into me.
There are countless recipes for green smoothie on the internet, but this one I love because it actually tastes sweet (thanks pear!)
And if my mom made it and likes it, you my friend can too.
