Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk or milk of your choice
  • 2 tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • 2 medium frozen banana

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
  • Enjoy right away.

Notes

Want to increase the protein and fullness factor? Add in 1 tablespoon of protein powder of your choice. I like the hemp or pea protein powders, without any flavouring.
For a thicker consistency, you can use a few ice cubes.
No frozen bananas? No problem. Use a "room temperature" (aka fresh) banana and skip the ice cubes.
