Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
  • Serve immediately

Notes

If you don't have frozen wild blueberries, you can use regular blueberries. Just make sure they're frozen!
