Ingredients

medjool dates, fresh
pitted

cups
almond/coconut milk
or milk of your choice
1
tablespoon
cocoa powder
1
tablespoon
chia seeds

large frozen banana
Instructions
Spilt medjool dates with a knife.
Remove the pits.
Add all ingredients into a blender.
Blend all ingredients until smooth and serve.
Notes
Makes 3 x 1 cup servings. Make a batch and store in small mason jars with the lid on for up to 3 days.
