Maple Glazed Salmon with Green Beans
Easy Maple Glazed Salmon recipe with green beans is a perfect weeknight meal. A simple maple glaze made with real maple syrup and a couple dried herbs from your cupboard brings out THE BEST flavours in this healthy, omega-3 packed fillet of salmon.

salmon or 4 salmon fillets, 4 oz each

green beans
1
tablespoon
butter, melted
1
tablespoon
maple syrup
2
teaspoon
oregano
2
teaspoon
rosemary
½
teaspoon
Kosher salt
Fresh ground pepper
Olive oil
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towel.
Arrange salmon fillets on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper.
Whisk together melted butter, maple syrup, rosemary, oregano, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pour glaze over salmon.
Arrange green beans around salmon. Drizzle with some olive oil and sprinkle some Kosher salt overtop.
Bake in a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Serve warm.
Notes
Leftovers are good in the fridge for up to 3 days. Gently re-heat and enjoy again.
