Maple Glazed Salmon with Green Beans

Easy Maple Glazed Salmon recipe with green beans is a perfect weeknight meal. A simple maple glaze made with real maple syrup and a couple dried herbs from your cupboard brings out THE BEST flavours in this healthy, omega-3 packed fillet of salmon.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon or 4 salmon fillets, 4 oz each
  • 3 cups green beans
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoon rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towel.
  • Arrange salmon fillets on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper.
  • Whisk together melted butter, maple syrup, rosemary, oregano, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pour glaze over salmon.
  • Arrange green beans around salmon. Drizzle with some olive oil and sprinkle some Kosher salt overtop.
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Serve warm.

Notes

Leftovers are good in the fridge for up to 3 days. Gently re-heat and enjoy again.
