Ingredients

  • 4 cups baby kale
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • In a medium bowl, pour olive oil over baby kale. Toss to completely coat all kale.
  • Let sit in bowl for about 5 minutes.
  • Spread out kale on baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt.
  • Bake in the oven at 375 degrees F for 10-12 minutes. Kale will be wilted and dark green in colour. Be careful not to burn.
  • Remove from oven after 10-12 minutes and let sit for about 3 minutes. The kale will continue to crisp up.
  • Serve immediately.
