Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 teaspoon cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 1 frozen banana

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

If you don't have a frozen banana, use a fresh one and blend in a few ice cubes to make it thick.
You can use any type of milk you like instead of unsweetened almond milk.
Optional: 1 tablespoon unsweetened protein powder
