With only 5 ingredients, this Banana Date Chia Smoothie is a perfect way to fuel up in the morning or prevent "hangryness" mid-afternoon.

  • 2 medjool dates, fresh pitted
  • 2 cups almond/coconut milk or milk of your choice
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 large frozen banana


  • Spilt medjool dates with a knife.
