Starbucks Chicken and Vegetables Protein Box Copycat
This Starbucks Protein Box Copycat has chunks of filling chicken breast, cucumbers, carrots and a tangy dill dip to boot! A healthy and gluten-free protein box for lunch you can make ahead.
Chicken seasoningI like Clubhouse, No Salt Chicken from La Grille line
Olive oil
1Cucumberssliced
1cupCarrots
Easy Greek Dip with Feta
½cupGreek yogurt
½cupsour cream
Juice of ½ lemon
⅓cupcrumbled feta
¼cupfresh chopped dill
1clovegarlic minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle with the seasoning. Cook over medium heat in a pan with a little olive until done, about 7-9 minutes. Remove chicken from heat.
While the chicken cooks, make the dip. Combine all the dip ingredients in a bowl.
In 2 segmented containers, divide the chicken, cucumbers, carrots and dip evenly.
Store in the fridge and eat within 3 days.
