Grillled Peaches with Walnuts

  • Grill pan or BBQ


  • 4 fresh peaches sliced in half, pits removed
  • 2 teaspoon butter, unsalted
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon walnuts
  • Kosher salt


Grilled Peaches

  • Heat a grill pan or BBQ over medium heat.
  • Add pitted peach halves flesh side down on the pan. Grill for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside on a plate.

Brown Sugar and Walnut Filling

  • Heat some butter in a small pan over medium heat.
  • Add the nuts and toast for a few minutes. Stirring often and making sure the nuts don't burn.
  • Add the brown sugar to pan and stir in with the buttered and toasted nuts. Melt down about 3-4 minutes, stirring often.
  • Sprinkle the mixture with some Kosher salt. Remove from heat.
  • Divide this mixture between the grilled, pitted peaches and serve warm.
