Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, diced
  • 1 large cucumber, diced
  • 1 Lime
  • 2 tablespoon Mint, torn

Instructions

  • Dice the cucumbers and strawberries. Place in a bowl.
  • Top with fresh torn mint and fresh lime juice.
  • Stir to combine. Let set in fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
