Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F
Combine all spices into a large bowl and mix thoroughly into lean ground beef.
Form beef into ball shapes with your hands - about ⅓ cup of ground beef for each patty.
Place on a plate and press down into burger-shaped rounds.
Place the plate of burgers in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat up the cast iron pan to medium heat and add some oil to coat.
Add the burgers to the hot pan, cooking undisturbed on the first side for 3 minutes. Then flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
Place the whole pan of burgers in the oven for a 5 minutes to finish them. Cook to an internal temperature to 165 degrees F. Check the temperature with an instant read meat thermometer.
Serve on gluten free buns with all the toppings you love.
