1. Pre-heat the oven and melt butter in the cast iron pan

2. Pat the salmon filets dry and coat in cajun seasoning

3. Cook in the cast iron pan for 3 minutes, skin side down

4. Spoon some butter overtop of the fish. Place the whole pan in oven to finish cooking, about 10 minutes
