chicken and Rice meal prep

Chicken. rice and broccoli come together in a healthy and delicious lunch or supper meal prep!

This healthy meal prep has juicy chicken breasts, fluffy basmati rice and fresh broccoli. Delicious, naturally gluten-free and easy to make.

MAIN INGREDIENTS

Chicken breasts

Basmati rice

Dijon mustard

Broccoli

Honey

Olive oil and garlic

Cook the rice according to package instructions and pre-heat the oven.

STEP 1

Mix the olive oil, honey, and dijon mustard in a small bowl. Coat the chicken with the sauce.

STEP 2

Bake the chicken in the oven on a prepared pan while you steam the broccoli. Don't overcook the broccoli!

STEP 3

When everything is done, divide the chicken, rice and broccoli between containers. 

STEP 4

And then your Chicken and rice meal prep is done!
