Juicy boneless pork chops

This recipe for juicy boneless pork chops will be your new favourite weeknight go-to recipe. They cook in 10 minutes in the cast iron pan!

All you'll do is whip up an easy spice rub marinade with ingredients you probably have in your cupboard and you'll be off to the races with a delicious and easy pork chop recipe.

MAIN INGREDIENTS

Boneless pork chops

Butter

Brown sugar

Paprika, onion powder, oregano, ground mustard, cumin, s&p

Olive oil

Mix the homemade spice rub together

STEP 1

Rub the spice mix marinade onto the pork chops.

STEP 2

Heat the butter in the cast iron pan over medium heat. Sear the pork on each side for 2 minutes only.

STEP 3

Spoon the melted butter in the pan over top the pork pieces. Place the skillet in the oven and cook for another ~4-5 minutes.

STEP 4

Take the skillet out of the oven and the pork out of the cast iron skillet. Let the pork rest on a plate for 3-5 minutes then enjoy!
