Packed with simple and healthy ingredients like oats, bananas, Greek yogurt and nuts. A delicious and gluten-free muffin recipe, thanks to the almond flour!

Almond Flour

GF rolled oats

Bananas

Eggs & Greek Yogurt

Walnuts

Maple syrup

Baking powder, salt

Pre-heat oven. Combine the almond flour, oats, baking powder and salt into one bowl.

STEP 1

In a separate bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, eggs, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla. (optional).

STEP 2

Combine the wet and dry ingredients into 1 bowl. Stir until just combined. Add chopped walnut pieces and give a final stir.

STEP 3

Divide between muffin cups and bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for ~25 minutes.

STEP 4

enjoy for breakfast on-the-go or mid-afternoon snack
