Oat flour

Baking powder

Salt

Cinnamon

Fresh peaches

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line a square, 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper

STEP 1

In a medium bowl, combine the oats, oat flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon

STEP 2

Then add the applesauce, peanut butter, maple syrup and diced peaches. Stir this up

STEP 3

Put it all in the prepared pan and bake it in the pre-heated oven for ~45 minutes

STEP 4

Serve this baked oatmeal warm with sliced peaches on top
