Quinoa Salad with Feta

Red pepper

Celery

Cucumber

Olive oil, vinegar, honey, lemon

Cook the quinoa according to package instructions.

STEP 1

While it cooks, whisk dressing ingredients together. Once done, fluff quinoa and let cool.

STEP 2

Once the quinoa is slightly cooled, add to large bowl with all other salad ingredients.

STEP 3

Pour dressing over the bowl of salad ingredients and toss gently. Serve 😋
