gluten-free blueberry banana bread

This Gluten-Free Blueberry Banana Bread is packed with banana and blueberry goodness.

 It's a moist, dense and tasty banana bread made with simple and wholesome ingredients!

Gluten Free Flour

Baking soda, salt

2 bananas

White kidney beans

Sugar

Canola oil

Eggs

Blueberries

Pre-heat oven to 350F and prep the loaf pan

STEP 1

Combine the flour, baking soda and salt in a large bowl and stir.

STEP 2

Add bananas, beans, sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla to a food processor or blender.

STEP 3

Pulse a few times until combined - lumps are okay!

STEP 4

Combine the blended banana mixture with the dry ingredients - add blueberries in

STEP 5

Put the batter into the loaf pan and sprinkle a few blueberries on top if you want.

STEP 6

Bake for about 55 minutes at 350 F
