Mango Salsa with frozen mango

Substitutions

Using fresh mango instead of frozen

You can use fresh mango instead of frozen in this dish. I like to use frozen mango for this salsa because frozen mango is always ready😎

Omit the jalapeño

Don't like the heat? Omit the jalapeño pepper completely. You won't get the kick of heat obviously but the sweet mango shine and the sour bite of lime will be there.

No bell peppers? No problem

If you don't have bell peppers, you can use cucumbers instead. They'll give a similar crunch to the mango salsa.

What to serve with mango salsa

Mango salsa, and fruit salsas in general, are so great to have on hand - add them to salmon or chicken for a delicious meal!
