Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Cover a baking sheet in parchment paper.
Add all the ingredients to a medium bowl.
Mix well until the oats are coated and you have a "dough".
Drop 1 tablespoon spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in pre-heated oven for 15-17 minutes. Eat right away or cool and store in container.
Notes
Baked bites will keep in an air-tight container on the counter for up to 3 days.
Freeze for up to 3 months.
