Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, except for the lime juice and salt.
Roll the lime on the cutting board with your hand a few times to get the juice out. Slice in half, squeeze the lime juice over top of the salsa and add the salt last. Stir to combine fully
Let set in fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
