Here's 2 things I wouldn't have thought went together very well: Tuna. And Eggs.

But lemme tell you: it works.
Not gonna lie though, I was surprised.
On their own, I feel like they have pretty strong flavors and distinct tastes!

Like tuna for sure - pretty unmistakable smell and taste there.
And eggs, well that's maybe more of a "scent" thing. Especially after hard boiling those eggs - then my kitchen reeks lol
Anyway, let's not worry about WHY it works.
Let's just get you this absolutely fantastically high protein, naturally gluten-free, and super easy to make meal prep option!
Ingredients
- Hard boiled eggs
- Canned tuna
- Red onion
- Chives
- Greek yogurt
- Mayonaise
- Dijon mustard
- Sriracha
- Smoked paprika
How to make it

Add the dressing ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together.

Add the tuna, hard boiled eggs, red onion and chives to large bowl. Coat with the dressing.

Top Tip
Be sure to hard boil your eggs enough but not OVER-do it.
I find adding the eggs to boiling water and cooking for 12 minutes is the perfect amount of time.
Then, plunge the eggs into a bowl of cold water to stop and further cooking. It also cools them down faster so you can peel them easily.

🥡Make it a Meal Prep
Ok so of course you can make a couple tuna + egg salad sandwiches with this recipe and call it a day.
Or, my fave, you can put the egg and tuna salad in meal prep containers with cucumber slices and gluten-free crackers. It's a super easy, high-protein bento box style lunch!
