When ready to bake, pre-heat oven to 425F. Spread the chicken breast chunks onto a pan covered with parchment paper.

Bake in the oven for approximately 9 minutes or until internal temperature is 165F.

Tzatziki Chicken Breast Bites (meal prep recipe)
Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ⅓ cup tzatziki
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized chunks. Add to large bowl.
- Sprinkle chicken breast chunks with Kosher salt, toss to coat. Add tzatziki and stir to coat.
- Cover bowl and place in fridge for about 1 hour and up to 6 hours.
- Once done marinating, pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F. Spread chicken on a sheet pan covered in parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 9 minutes, turning chicken breast bites halfway through. Cook until internal temperature of chicken is 165 degrees F.
