Healthy 5-Ingredient Berry Frozen Yogurt is your next favourite summer treat😋
You can make a batch of this Healthy 5-Ingredient Berry Frozen Yogurt right after supper and it will be gone faster than a deflating, pink, sparkly doughnut floaty goes flat🤷♀️
You know what I mean. It’s good.
And the road to this recipe has been one paved with many failed attempts at summer treats.
Case in point: the homemade ice cream thing never worked out well for me. Like when they say YOU DON’T EVEN NEED AN ICE CREAM MAKER, I actually think you do need one. You really, really do.
And banana-heavy frozen yogurt, aka “nice cream”? Just eww. Super eww.
But this Berry Frozen Yogurt is healthy, delicious and turns out perfect every dang time.
Here's what you need to make it. Yeppers: only 5 ingredients.
Check your freezer and fridge after reading this list and you’re probably gonna be pretty close to have all the ingredients you need.
Here’s the list:
- Frozen wild blueberries
- Frozen raspberries
- Greek yogurt
- Maple syrup
- Lemons for fresh juice
Why the lemon juice? It thins it out a bit and obviously, gives a nice citrus punch🍋
After some experimenting, the more lemon juice you add, the more it tends to tip the scale into “sorbet” territory. Like not actual sorbet because it has Greek yogurt, and that’s dairy and sorbet, traditionally, doesn’t have dairy but oi. How ’bout we just not go down that rabbit hole?🐇
Alright, let’s get you lugging out that blender and making this frozen yogurt.

Healthy 5-Ingredient Berry Frozen Yogurt
- High speed blender
- 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
- Serve immediately
