This 4 Ingredient Green Smoothie (no bananas) brings a yummy hit of veggies and hydration after a season of over indulgence. Make it today and feel healthier right away.

When it's cold as bleep out, it can be hard to get excited about green smoothies.

It's like I just wanna be all chili-stew-and-soup-ing when the snow starts to fly and the temps are frigid.

But the show must go on.

And making green smoothies is a great way to get in a hit of nutrition, veggies and refreshment when it seems like hot summer evenings will never get here.

That's why I made this 4 Ingredient Green Smoothie (without bananas!)

With simple ingredients and no-fuss prep, I'm loving this lately.

It's like summer in a glass.

📝Ingredients for this Celery Smoothie recipe

    • Celery
    • Romaine lettuce
    • Frozen mango chunks
    • Chunk of fresh ginger (about 1 Tbsp)
    • Water

    🔪Instructions

Just one step for this recipe: blend up all the ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.

This green smoothie has celery  romaine lettuce as it's base.

and because there's so much water in romaine, it's perfect for this refreshing drink.

Plus, romaine lettuce has been my go-green these days. I love how versatile it is; it holds up well in a salad (no soggy greens here!); and the kids love it!

But seriously, you know who else loves romaine lettuce? Fish! ????At least the fish that we visited in January at the Maui Ocean Centre. We got lucky and happened to walk in front of this giant display tank of tropical fish during feeding time!

This diver comes into the tank (waves at the kids, very kind) and proceeds to pull out a huge, leafy head of romaine that is quickly devoured right in front of our eyes! It was so cool to see.

I promise you reader a delicious, refreshing and hydrating green smoothie.

Even while the wind is blowing all the snow around, you can hold a little summer in your glass and remember that one day, you'll be sweating outside again.

I hope you love it this recipe for a healthy green smoothie like we do❣️
