🔪How to make this peanut sauce recipe
To make this super simple peanut sauce recipe, put all the ingredients (except the water) into a high speed blender or a small food processor. Pulse the blender for about 20 seconds or so and check out the consistency of the peanut sauce. Add some warm water, 2 tablespoon at a time and blending each time until it gets to the consistency you want. More water=thinner peanut sauce.
Can I use chunky peanut butter for this peanut sauce?
Yep! Totally up to you. If you like it chunkier, try chunky, natural peanut butter. Some of the peanut chunks will get whirred up by the blending but you'll have a chunkier-result.
Can I use "regular" (non-natural) peanut butter?
You can use regular peanut butter for this recipe but here's the disclaimer: I haven't tested this recipe with regular peanut butter so can't promise total success there. If you do try it with regular peanut butter, you'd have to adjust some of the liquid ingredients to create the runny quality that you get with natural peanut butter.
🥡 Storage and Freezing
I don't recommend freezing this. Put it in an air-tight jar or container and keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days.

I made this sauce last night to go with Buddha bowls my wife was making and it was a big hit! I liked being able to add water to get the consistency we wanted. Will definitely be making it again 🙂
