When was the last time you had an inspirational meal from a drive-thru? Ok, maybe that doesn’t happen very often (ie, never) but a recent trip through a Starbucks drive-thru had me making one of the best dips ever – this Easy Greek Dip with Feta!
One protein box and a coconut milk latte later, I was dipping BBQ’d chicken, carrots and cucumbers into a delicious, creamy dip.

A look at the ingredients showed me I could easily whip this up at home. After a quick trip to the store, I was stocked with what I needed to make this epic dip.
After making it a few times now, you can easily sub the mayo for the greek yogurt (or do 1/2 and 1/2.) The fresh dill makes it bright and the feta gives that salty kick that we all love😍

This dip is perfect for when you have Greek salad with some BBQ’d chicken – just throw it into a divided container and your lunch on-the-go is super yummy and healthy.
The dip is also really yummy with BBQ’d or roasted salmon with brown rice…mmmm, aren’t you just getting a little hungry just thinking about it!?
And the whole bento-box style of the protein box from Starbucks got me thinking about picking up some divided containers so could bring my own chicken+cucumber+dip along for the ride next time. Cause hey. Drive-thrus happen, right? That’s life.
But when you’re trying to eat a bit healthier and you don’t wanna have to get fast food every single time you’re out and about, havin’ a few options for healthy snack boxes can really be a game changer.
Next time you’re looking for a dip that’s super fresh and perfect for packing along on your weekday lunch or Saturday errands, try out this Easy Greek Dip with Feta! 🙋♀️
